1) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Maestro.

2) When will my card be charged?

Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is authorized.

3) Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

4) Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only.

5) Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the USA.

6) What is your order cut‑off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (Chicago) are usually processed the same business day (when possible). Orders placed after that are processed the next business day.

7) How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

8) How long does delivery take?

After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

9) Will I get tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information (tracking may take up to 24 hours to update).

10) What carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS (carrier may vary by destination and package size).

11) Are your items new or vintage/antique?

We sell mainly lighting items. Condition details are shown on each product page.

12) Will the item look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent products accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen. Vintage/antique pieces may show natural wear consistent with age.

13) Do your light fixtures come wired/ready to install?

If wiring/installation details are provided, they will be listed on the product page. We recommend installation by a qualified professional where appropriate.

14) What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

15) Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.

16) Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We charge no restocking fee for approved returns.

17) How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected (your bank may take additional time to post the refund).

18) My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help you resolve it quickly.
