• Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place the order.
• Sales tax included in product price.

5) Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order, including for:

• inability to deliver to the address provided.

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for reshipment due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (30‑day return window, customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/damaged/incorrect, no restocking fee, refunds processed within 10 business days once approved).

9) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by Vintage Chandelier or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
