Return Window

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
Returned with original packaging and protective inserts when possible
Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Returns that show signs of use, damage after delivery, missing parts, or altered condition may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@vintage-chandelier.com with:

Your order number
Item(s) you want to return
Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when:

you received the wrong item, or
the item arrived defective/damaged due to shipping, or
the item is missing parts due to our error

We recommend using a trackable and insured return service, especially for fragile items.

Restocking Fee

We charge no restocking fee for approved returns.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate and provide a suitable solution (replacement if available, or refund).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks/credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
