Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Cut‑Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (Chicago) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT are processed the next business day.
Processing Time (Handling Time)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Transit Time (Delivery Time)
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers appropriate for fragile items (carrier may vary by destination and package size), such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or an equivalent service.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Delivery & Packaging (Fragile Items)
Because we sell lighting and antiques, items are packed with care using protective materials. Please inspect the packaging upon delivery.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempt, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged in Transit / Missing Package
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will assist you with the carrier investigation.
