You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Before sending any product back, please contact us and provide your order information and the reason for the return so that we can review your request.
Return Process
Returns are processed by mail. After we receive and review your return request, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a downloadable return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.
Please follow the return instructions provided with your approved return and package the product securely to help prevent damage during transportation. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be new and unused and should be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
We cannot accept returns for custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items unless the product arrives defective or there is an issue caused by us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer need the item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
If the product arrives defective or the issue was caused by us, Vintage Chandelier will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Provide your order information and, when appropriate, clear photographs or other details showing the issue so that we can review the situation.
After the defective product is returned and received by us, we will arrange to provide you with the same product in a new condition, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected and the return has been approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests for eligible products. For an exchange, we recommend first returning the original product according to our return process and then placing a new order for the replacement product.
This approach helps ensure that the replacement item can be ordered according to current availability and product options.
